Position Overview
The PAD Attendant is responsible to clean and service assigned areas according to the standards of cleanliness set by management to ensure a clean, comfortable, safe, and attractive environment for our Guests.

The PAD Attendant is responsible to clean and service assigned areas according to the standards of cleanliness set by management to ensure a clean, comfortable, safe, and attractive environment for our Guests.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Clean, sanitize, and service assigned public areas (lobby, casino, elevators, public area restrooms, and other public areas)
- Perform floor care to include sweeping and mopping floors and stairwells; sealing, waxing, and polishing tile, marble, and brass; cleaning and shampooing carpets; and vacuuming hallways and offices
- Clean ashtrays and remove trash from designated areas and dispose accordingly
- Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents
- Service and maintain all public areas as assigned and instructed
- Attend daily meetings at the start of each shift
- Provide exceptional, courteous, friendly service to guests and fellow Members that differentiates us from the competition
- Contact the manager on duty on any guest-related complaints
- Always maintain supplies in a neat orderly manner
- Maintain full knowledge and understanding of Company and departmental rules and regulations
- Promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service
- Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary

- Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident, and well-groomed manner
- Knowledge of pertinent laws and regulations impacting cleaning such as OSHA
- Ability to obtain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays, nights and weekends
- Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
