Responsible for assisting with day to day operations of two condominium-hotels at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following:
- Supervise Owner Services Agents and daily functions of Owner Services
- Coordinate scheduling for Owner Services Agents and Owner Services desks
- Work closely with other departments to enhance the Owner experience and resolve challenges
- Walk and inspect units prior to owner arrivals and as needed otherwise
- Walk and monitor Owner Lounges and Owner Services desks
- Oversee owner amenity program for arriving owners, service recovery, special occasions
- Manage inventories of Owner ID cards, spa passes, and hotel collateral
- Facilitate and prioritize booking of Owner reservations requests and reservations processing
- Perform other related duties as needed
- High school education or equivalent. College degree preferred.
- Prior experience in hospitality, guest service, property management preferred. Must be able to work well under pressure and increased responsibilities in a high volume environment
- Strong customer service background, preferrably in hospitality
- Knowledge and interest of condominium-hotel operations, owner services and hospitality
- Proven ability to be organized, follow through and complete assigned responsibilities effectively
- Ability to prioritize and perform duties based on an understanding departmental and company goals
- Understanding computers applications with a strong working knowledge of, Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel, Opera, HOTSOS, Open Table and the internet.
- Professional and positive attitude with ability to perform and understand supervisory position
- Ability to work independently or with a group within a fast paced environment
- Good decision making ability and strong problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Maintain confidentiality and high level of discretion regarding personal information and proprietary data
