What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Creating a warm, safe, and engaging classroom for infants to learn and grow
- Implementing Frog Street curriculum in a way that is intentional, consistent, and developmentally appropriate
- Building strong relationships with families through clear, positive communication
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-run classroom (we take pride in our environment)
- Observing and supporting each child’s development with care and attention
- Working as part of a team that supports each other and holds a high standard
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with infants up to Pre-k in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Strong understanding of early childhood development
- Someone dependable, proactive, and takes ownership of their classroom
- A team player who communicates well with both parents and staff
- Someone who takes pride in doing things the right way—even when no one is watching
Qualifications
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of licensing requirements and child safety standards
