We are looking for new Team Members. We have an outstanding, supportive, non-toxic company culture with intentional work/life balance in mind. We offer in house training with 20 plus year HVAC techs. We use a convenient customer account software with company supplied IPADS.
Minimum 2 year HVAC experience

Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential.
- Troubleshoot issues with , air conditioning units, heating systems.
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters, vacuum pump, recovery machine, combustion analyzer.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs and maintenance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks.
Skills
- Strong understanding of property maintenance practices.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues.
- Familiarity with using HVAC diagnostic tools
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
