As an Art Director, you will be responsible for the creative design process from inception to completion, collaborating closely with the creative team and producers to bring our clients vision to life. The ideal candidate has a proven design background and extensive experience working in agency environments. This individual is a highly conceptual thinker with hands-on design skills and a keen eye for visual storytelling, particularly in the social, digital, and experiential space.Key Responsibilities:Establish the visual direction and design of campaigns, ensuring all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and client goals.Collaborate with the creative team (copywriters, producers, creative director) to concept and develop innovative visual solutions for digital, social media, and experiential campaigns.Oversee and guide the design team, providing mentorship and constructive feedback to ensure high-quality work.Work hands-on in developing design concepts, including creating mood boards, storyboards, and mockups for client presentations.Ensure the timely delivery of design assets, adhering to project schedules and deadlines.Collaborate with producers to ensure alignment between creative direction and production, assisting in the execution of shoots and events as needed.Maintain a working knowledge of design trends and tools to ensure our creative output remains cutting-edge and innovative.Ensure brand consistency across all visual elements, from social media graphics to event design.Present creative concepts to clients, articulating design decisions and incorporating feedback as needed.Requirements:3-5 years of experience as a Senior Designer, Art Director, or Associate Art Director, ideally in a marketing or creative agency environment.Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, social media, experiential campaigns, and branding.Expert knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining high design standards.Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.Experience working in entertainment or with high-profile clients is a plus.Video editing experience is a plus.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.A passion for visual storytelling and innovation in design.Reliable high-speed internet access.Benefits:Remote, flexible work environment.Opportunity to lead visually exciting projects for major entertainment brands.
