Fondy Powersports is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Fond Du Lac, WI. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of powersport vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on powersport vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, and snowmobiles.
- Conduct routine inspections and service checks to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status, repairs needed, and maintenance recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in the powersports or automotive industry.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to use tools and diagnostic equipment efficiently and safely.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to stay updated on new technologies and service techniques.
