What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agricultural Equipment Operator position at Fondomonte Arizona, LLC?
We need seasonal employees on our farm to assist in the growing, irrigation, and harvesting of hay using tractors and operating other farm equipment. Operating hay equipment for swathing, raking, and bailing hay. Employees will operate, maintain, repair, and service machinery as needed, will clean machinery, will do mechanical work, and will perform infield repairs. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion.
