Qualifications
- Expertise in Mental Health Nursing and Mental Health Care
- Knowledge and experience in Psychiatry and Medicine
- Professional Nursing skills with a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong understanding of patient care and mental health treatment protocols
- Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with crisis intervention and patient advocacy is a plus
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing or a related field; certifications in psychiatric or mental health nursing are preferred
