- Proven experience as an HR Manager in a Manufacturing Environment.

- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Duties
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all levels, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance appraisals, feedback, and coaching.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, aligned with industry standards, and meet employee needs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- HR Technology: Implement and manage HR systems and databases. SAP and ADP required.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering their professional development.
- Budget Management: Manage the HR budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Change Management: Support organizational changes and initiatives.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- High level of experience with FMLA, ADA, Affirmative Action and Benefits Administration.
- High Professional Demeanor to work closely with Corporate, Directors and Managers within Fomas Group.
- This role oversees the EHS Manager. A strong Safety background is also a requirement.
