Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Project Manager to support our Sales and Marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to gain hands-on experience managing campaigns, coordinating teams, and driving project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking sales and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation
• Communicate updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders
• Support sales initiatives through research, reporting, and client coordination
• Analyze campaign performance and contribute to optimization strategies
• Help streamline internal processes to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in project management, marketing, or sales support
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, email, paid ads)
• Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
