Entry level Customer Engagement rep

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level customer engagement to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging directly with potential customers, promoting products or services, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct face-to-face marketing and promotional activities in assigned locations
Communicate product or service features clearly to potential customers
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets
Gather customer feedback and market insights
Represent the company professionally at all times
Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
No prior experience required; training will be provided

Work Environment:
On-site, field-based role (events, retail locations, or designated areas)
Flexible scheduling may be required, including weekends
