Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based at Keiser University Bookstore - Naples, FL. As a Store Manager, you will oversee all daily operations of the bookstore. Key responsibilities include managing store performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, training and supervising staff, maintaining inventory, executing merchandising strategies, and implementing retail loss prevention practices. You will also drive sales growth, monitor budgets, and maintain compliance with all company policies and campus standards.

- Proven experience in Store Management, including leading a team, overseeing operations, and achieving store performance metrics.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and campus partners professionally and confidently.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard assets and prevent inventory shrinkage.
- Ability to handle financial responsibilities such as budgeting, reporting, and monitoring store expenses.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in bookstore or retail management is highly desirable.
