- Experience in Store Management or retail supervision, including staff support, daily operations, and merchandising.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, with attention to policies, procedures, and inventory control.
- Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles; prior experience in campus or bookstore environments is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site full time, including peak periods and flexible scheduling as needed.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with comfort using point-of-sale and basic computer systems.
