The Team Lead works closely with the Store Manager to receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet the needs of the store's customers and drive sales and profits. Responding to customer concerns in the absence of the Store Manager, opening and closing the store, and ensuring all bookstore property are safe and secure.
This position is for the Bemidji State University Bookstore. Must be able to work the weekly shift of approximately Monday - Friday with stores hours of being open 8-4:30. No evenings. During our busy months (mainly December/January and July-September there will be more hours. Fall and Spring months are slower with less hours. A few Saturday's throughout the year, otherwise no weekends.

Skills Required:
Able to commit to scheduled hours.
Able to consistently walk and stand, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise using proper equipment.
Basic computer skills, including the ability to create and save text documents and to create and send emails.
Provide excellent customer service.
Work in a fast paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
