Requirements
Our bartenders are the heart of the bar. You’ll keep the energy flowing, the drinks balanced, and the guests smiling.
Before Service
- Count your bar bank and make sure everything is dialed in.
- Set up the bar for success: cut fresh fruit, check juices, stock beer, wine, and spirits.
- Make sure the bar is polished, organized, and ready for guests.
During Service
- Welcome guests with a smile and great energy.
- Take orders from bar and community table guests: cocktails, wine, dinner, and desserts.
- Craft exceptional cocktails and serve beverages with style.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, wine list, and spirits program.
- Keep the experience seamless by refilling drinks, delivering food, and staying attentive to guest needs.
After Service
- Leave the bar spotless: clean stainless and surfaces, wash and empty dishwasher, buff glassware.
- Restock beer, wine, liquor, and supplies for the next shift.
- Properly close out your bar bank with the manager.
- Make sure the bar is fully reset for tomorrow.

- Strong knowledge (or eagerness to learn) about cocktails, wine, and spirits
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautiful bar
- Always ready with your essentials: wine key, pens, and buffing towel
