Folklore Coffee & Company in Elizabethtown, PA is looking for a Barista to join our team. Each of our employees are trained in each realm of Folklore to provide a better experience for our customers as well as a better work flow. We are located on 1 N Market St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

- Learn duties in all of the realms at Folklore. ie food, register, etc.
- Prepare food as well as hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Any other duties that the job may require
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines and Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Help train new employees
- Communicate between employees and owner
- Help to maintain the structure and policies
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Wants to bring excellence to the workplace
