Job Responsibilities

• Install and Maintain Electrical Systems Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, and controls, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Troubleshoot Electrical Issues Diagnose and resolve electrical problems using specialized tools such as voltmeters and ammeters
• Collaborate with Team Members Work closely with colleagues to plan and execute electrical installations and maintenance tasks, adhering to project specifications and industry standards
• Read and Interpret Technical Diagrams Understand and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to determine the placement of outlets, fixtures, and wiring
• Ensure Compliance Stay updated on local building codes and regulations, ensuring all electrical work meets or exceeds required standards
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service Engage with clients professionally, addressing inquiries, explaining system operations, and offering maintenance advice to ensure long-term satisfaction
• Maintain Accurate Documentation Complete necessary paperwork, including work orders and inspection reports, in a timely and accurate manner
  
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical vocational training program is preferred
• Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and components
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to electrical installations
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
• Proficiency with hand and power tools commonly used in electrical installation and repair
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
