The portfolio Multi-property Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) responsible for providing onsite leadership and operational oversight for two luxury condominium communities in the Miami Beach area. This portfolio role requires a highly organized, service-oriented professional with the ability to effectively balance day-to-day operations, financial management, and resident relations across multiple properties. Theportfolio Multi-property Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) operates within a structured onsite presence model, working four (4) front desk day shifts per week (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM), rotating between both communities. This hands-on approach enhances visibility, strengthens resident engagement, and supports seamless operational execution.
Job Duties
Community & Board Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Boards of Directors, residents, developer, and FAM
- Lead Board meetings, prepare agendas, and deliver comprehensive management reports
- Provide strategic recommendations on operations, capital planning, and risk mitigation
- Ensure compliance with governing documents, Florida Statutes, and association policies
Operational Oversight
- Work closely with the developer to deliver on the vision and customer service standards
- Supervise onsite staff including front desk, maintenance, and janitorial teams
- Establish and enforce service standards aligned with luxury condominium expectations
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure preventative maintenance programs are executed
- Maintain detailed operational logs, equipment records, and compliance documentation
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Jewish Sabbath (Shabbat) and religious holiday observances as they relate to high-rise residential operations.
- Coordinate building operations to support observant residents, including:
- Elevator programming (e.g., Shabbat mode where applicable)
- Access control accommodations
- Lighting and common area adjustments as required.
- Proactively schedule vendor work and non-essential building activities to avoid conflicts with Sabbath and major religious observances.
- Serve as a liaison between the Board, residents, and building staff to ensure respectful and compliant implementation of religious accommodations.
- Ensure front desk, maintenance, and vendor teams are properly trained on protocols and expectations during observance periods.
Vendor & Project Management
- Schedule vendors to coincide with onsite management days for maximum oversight
- Bid, negotiate, and manage service contracts
- Ensure all vendors meet insurance and licensing requirements
- Oversee capital improvement projects and track progress, timelines, and budgets
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage annual budgets for both associations
- Review monthly financials, variances, and cash flow
- Monitor delinquencies and coordinate collection strategies
- Maintain strong financial controls and reporting accuracy
Administrative & Compliance
- Maintain organized and complete association records
- Process violations, architectural applications, leases, and sales approvals
- Ensure timely communication with residents and Board members
- Manage association communications (notices, newsletters, digital platforms)
Resident Experience
- Deliver a high-touch, hospitality-driven resident experience
- Manage escalations and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Oversee move-ins, orientations, and compliance with building rules

Qualifications
- Active Florida CAM License (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of onsite condominium management experience (South Florida preferred)
- Experience managing luxury high-rise residential communities strongly preferred
- Experience managing communities with religious or culturally specific operational requirements (e.g., Shabbat observance in residential buildings) preferred
- Proven experience supervising onsite staff and vendors
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Florida Condominium & HOA regulations
- Financial reporting and budgeting
- Property operations and maintenance systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Compensation
- Salary Range: $80,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience)
