Job Summary

Duties
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage client accounts using CRM tools such as Wealthbox, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Support the sales process by identifying client needs, providing product information, and assisting with onboarding procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate account setup, updates, and service requests efficiently.
- Assist in project management tasks related to client onboarding, retention initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for account growth and improved service delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or account management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently.
- Familiarity with Wealthbox or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate multiple client-related initiatives seamlessly.
- Understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management strategies to support business growth.
- Ability to thrive while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
- Series 7 is a plus. A person in this role will need to obtain their industry licenses within 6 months of joining the firm.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
