Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a Business Systems Developer to join our Business Systems Workflow team. The Developer is responsible for selected Technology initiatives for the firm, from proposal and requirements definition to project planning and implementation, working with both the requesting party and technology business professionals using a variety of tools. This position requires some knowledge of project skills and will provide a proactive interface between internal clients and the technology business professionals to ensure effective definition of a delivery of business workflow applications.
- Unravel, define and document complex business requirements and processes
- Participate in design sessions and review sessions with technical and business professionals, including all levels of management
- Manage projects using project planning techniques
- Manage web application design through the various life-cycle stages from business need through design and delivery
- Support existing workflow solutions
- Maintain client relationships
- HS Diploma or equivalent plus four (4) years of web/application development experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required
- Prior web/application development experience (internships included) required
- Development experience including .Net Framework (C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, Visual Studio.Net and ADO.Net) and SQL programming required
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Cloud products a plus
- Familiarity with working with APIs and Web Services preferred
- Familiarity with standard software development tools (e.g., version control) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills #LI-Hybrid

The actual offered amount will be between the range minimum and midpoint based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.
Milwaukee - $77,500 to $108,500
Dallas - $85,300 to $119,400
