What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mid-Senior Real Estate Associate - Firmwide position at Foley & Lardner LLP?
Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a 5th-8th year (2018-2021) associate to join our Real Estate Practice Group. This position may be based in any of Foley's U.S. offices. Qualified candidates must have substantial experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions involving properties including mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, resorts, and other commercial real estate projects. Candidates will have significant experience drafting, negotiating, and managing documents related to real estate and financing transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements, among others. Strong writing, communication, and project management skills are required. Experience in real estate development and joint venture work is preferred.

To be considered, candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidates are admitted to practice. Timely admission to the Bar coinciding with the office of hire will be a condition of employment.
