Foley & Lardner LLP is currently seeking an Electronic Billing (eBilling) Rates Analyst to join our team! The eBilling Rates Analyst supports the firm’s electronic billing team by administering, analyzing, and maintaining client billing rates and timekeeper structures across multiple ebilling platforms. This role plays a critical part in ensuring rate accuracy, invoice compliance and timely invoice submission. The eBilling Rates Analyst will work closely with the Electronic Billing Manager and Supervisor and will partner closely with the firm’s billing and pricing teams to ensure timekeeper rate accuracy across ebilling platforms.
Responsibilities
Chicago & Dallas - $70,300 to $98,500

Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer approved billing rates and timekeeper setups across eBilling platforms in alignment with the firm’s financial system
- Process rate submissions, updates, and validations in accordance with client billing guidelines and engagement terms
- Monitor and resolve timekeeper rate rejections to allow for timely invoice submission
- Support annual rate review cycles
- Serve as a subject matter resource for rate compliance questions
- Assist with audits and data validation related to rates and billing accuracy
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of law firm billing or eBilling experience required
- 3E experience preferred
- eBilling Hub or equivalent experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of ebilling platforms and LEDES formats
- Experience working with electronic billing systems preferred including but are not limited to Legal Tracker, CounselLink, Brightflag or Collaborati
