Foley & Lardner LLP is accepting applications from first-year law students (Class of 2029) interested in joining the firm's 2028 Summer Associate Program in the Litigation Department, supporting our Labor & Employment Practice Group. Foley's Labor & Employment Practice Group provides guidance and legal counsel for employers on such matters as employment litigation (including discrimination and wage and hour litigation), OSHA, traditional labor, including negotiations, arbitrations, agency proceedings, and other day-to-day employment matters. 2L Summer Associate positions are available in the following offices: Chicago
