JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and grow rental and sales business for power generation and temporary power solutions, including generators, load banks, air compressors, temperature control equipment, and related accessories.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities using a consultative sales approach focused on identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Conduct customer presentations, site assessments, and equipment sizing evaluations to recommend appropriate rental, contingency power, and pre-owned equipment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, contractors, and resellers, positioning the company as the preferred provider of power systems products and services.
- Manage a defined territory and customer portfolio through regular face-to-face visits, lead follow-up, proposal management, and ongoing account development.
- Maintain accurate customer, sales activity, opportunity, and pipeline records within the CRM system to support business growth and forecasting.
- Monitor active rental projects, ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, product applications, regulatory requirements, and company promotions to effectively support customers and drive sales success.
