Part-Time Human Resources Generalist - Piscataway, NJ

• Respond to employee benefits inquiries and assist with Open Enrollment administration. 
• Maintain timekeeping records, monitor exceptions, and support accurate payroll processing. 
• Audit payroll and attendance data, assist with reconciliations, and support payroll-related projects. 
• Generate HR, payroll, and workforce reports and assist with audits, surveys, and compliance reporting. 
• Provide data and reporting support to management for workforce, payroll, and benefits analysis. 
• Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as business needs evolve.

• 2 years of prior payroll experience required. 
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now with full-cycle payroll processing. 
• Experience reviewing time and attendance data. 
• Expert-level Excel skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage confidential information and prioritize multiple deadlines.
