What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative - Machinery Sales - Bensalem, PA position at Foley Inc?

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Training will be conducted at Bensalem, PA location, primary work location will be in Philadelphia, PA.
- Generate leads by cold-calling potential customers from lists generated by Sales and Marketing.
- Qualify and pass leads for walk-in customers, Marketing campaigns, Caterpillar, and internal leads created by the parts and service team.
- Collect and maintain customer information, including contact information, address, phone, and email addresses.
- Maintain entire library of sales and technical product literature. Promptly provide all customers and potential customers with up-to-date product literature upon request.
- Outbound calls to drive attendance at Marketing events.
- Act as information contact point noted on Marketing campaigns.
- Follow-up customer service calls after sales to gauge satisfaction with sales process.
- Some Saturdays will be expected.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and CRM systems. Effective communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
- Bilingual, a plus

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
