Job Summary:
Assist the Regional Maintenance Manager and maintenance managerial team. Responsibilities include record keeping, invoice coding, procurement of parts, attending meetings with contractors, and assisting the regional manager as needed. This individual needs to be focused, organized, and have good computer skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Directly assist Regional Maintenance Manager
- Manage CMMS system throughout properties
- Schedule meetings
- Procurement of parts/supplies
- Assist in coding and approving invoices
- Communicate and schedule appointments for Regional Maintenance Manager
- Arrange and track compliance records
- Data entry
- Generate reports as required
- Run errands
- Attend meetings with contractors and or other managers
Experience and Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of general mechanics and construction
- Solid Microsoft Office experience - Outlook, Excel and Word
- High school diploma or GED
- Travel within Sonoma County as required
- Valid driver's license and insurable by FFW
- Excellent time management and communication skills
