The Parts Manager leads and manages the Parts personnel and department operational performance. You will also work closely with internal and external customers concerns to promote superior quality, safety and service.

- Managing annual department budgets, business plans as well as objectives and goals
- Maintain targeted profitability levels
- Development and growth of parts personnel
- Promote a safe work environment
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
- More than three years’ experience in a related field
- Previous management experience
- Profit/loss management
- Ability to empower and develop employees
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous parts experience
