What are the responsibilities and job description for the Law Clerk position at Foley and Mansfield, P.L.L.P.?
Foley Mansfield’s Denver office is seeking a motivated law student to join our team as a Law Clerk. You’ll work directly with attorneys on active matters, gaining hands-on experience in research, drafting, and case preparation while contributing to real client work.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct legal research and independent factual investigations
- Draft and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses for attorney review
- Organize large document productions, prepare exhibits, and summarize deposition transcripts
- Prepare materials for hearings, depositions, and trial
- Help manage case files, deadlines, and coordination with courts, opposing counsel, and support staff
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled as a 2L or 3L law student
- Strong research, writing, and proofreading skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate well with attorneys and staff
