Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for Seasonal Warehouse Associates to support our team during a peak business period. This is a temporary, entry-level position expected to last approximately 90 calendar days, depending on business needs. No experience in audio/visual or entertainment production is required. This role is well-suited to candidates with general warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution-center experience (for example, FedEx, Amazon, UPS, or retail warehouse backgrounds). The role is physical and task-based, performed under the direction of full-time warehouse staff and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and stage items from written pick lists / pull sheets as directed by supervisors
• Match item labels and quantities to the pick list or order sheet
• Scan items in and out using a handheld scanner or basic inventory system entry
• Load and unload trucks; move cases and boxes to and from staging areas
• Keep pick areas, bays, and work benches clean and organized
• Label and organize cases returning to the shop by department
• Break down, sweep, and clean work areas at the end of each shift
• Take trash out to the dumpster; keep vehicles free of trash
• Assist other departments/teams with general labor as needed
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting technique

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance for the full duration of the assignment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems is a plus.
• Interest in audio/visual technology is a bonus.

Employment Details

• This is a seasonal, temporary position anticipated to last approximately 90 calendar days based on business needs. It is not a guarantee of 90 days of work, and the assignment may end earlier or, at the company's discretion, be extended.
• Employment with FOH-RC is at-will. This means either the employee or the company may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice. Nothing in this job description creates a contract of employment for a specific term.
• This position does not guarantee conversion to a regular full-time or part-time role at the end of the seasonal assignment. Any such conversion is at the company's sole discretion and would be based on business need and performance.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
