Position Summary:
The Sales & Customer Service Associate is part of our Sales & Customer Service Team. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing and optimizing partnerships with sales managers and other support departments through exceptional, solution-oriented service. The Associate supports our vision by processing all orders and supporting the Sales & Customer Service team as needed.
Additional Information:
- This is a permanent full-time hourly position starting at $18.00
- This role participates in our hybrid schedule
- Hybrid schedule: Mondays & Fridays; 2 days working remotely. Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays ; 3 days working in the headquarters office
Major Duties Include:
- Demonstrates high energy and ownership towards supporting the Sales & Customer Service team
- Communicates any issues to the FOH® team in a timely manner as it relates to assigned orders, including purchase order discrepancies, system failures, etc.
- Accurately processes samples and orders via SAP Business One software for assigned orders and helping with other orders as needed
- Responds to all internal communications and inquiries within 2-4 hours
- Works in tandem with other team members to ensure business partner efficiencies and results
- Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records
- Actively participates and engages in all one-on-one and group meetings
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Promotes our FOH® Culture in all interactions
Education, Experience, and Computer Skills:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in customer service in an office environment, call center, or hospitality industry
- College degree preferred
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, Outlook
- Familiar with ERP systems, SAP Business One preferred

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this role, the team member is frequently required to stand, walk, talk and hear. The team member frequently is required to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The team member is frequently required to sit; The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.

The salary/hourly range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including, but not limited to, work experience, territory, geographical location, etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
