We are excited about this opportunity because it offers the chance to shape how our culture is experienced across offices, departments, and teams as Foguth continues to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and Execute Employee Events: Coordinate company-wide events, including the All-Staff Summit, mid-year employee outings and experiences, annual Elite Advisor Meetings, and departmental team-building events. Develop engaging experiences that strengthen relationships, encourage collaboration, and bring employees together across offices.
- Build a Culture of Recognition and Appreciation: Manage employee birthday and work anniversary celebrations, including gifting, internal announcements, and social media recognition when appropriate. Coordinate company milestone celebrations, department achievements, employee accomplishments, and meaningful moments that help employees feel seen and valued.
- Create Memorable Employee and New-Hire Experiences: Coordinate new-hire welcome gifts delivered to employees before their first day, prepare desk gifts and welcome experiences for in-office arrivals, and support first-day celebrations, team lunches, and welcome photos or social content. Help create a consistent, thoughtful employee experience from the moment a team member joins Foguth.
- Lead Culture, Connection, and Engagement Initiatives: Develop and maintain a culture and connection calendar featuring holidays, national day celebrations, themed activities, friendly competitions, quarterly challenges, shared-interest gatherings, and other creative opportunities for employees to connect. Coordinate surprise-and-delight initiatives across offices, including just-because gifts, employee appreciation moments, and personalized recognition.
- Manage Employee Swag, Gifting, and Inventory: Coordinate employee swag and branded merchandise, including vendor relationships, ordering, inventory tracking, and distribution. Manage vendor gifting and employee gifts while maintaining organized inventory records, monitoring supplies, and ensuring gifts and materials are available for upcoming events and milestones.
- Support Partnerships, Employee Perks, and Special Recognition: Coordinate partnership ticket allocations and on-site execution for employee and company experiences. Assist with employee perks, including company vehicle-related coordination, and manage the customization and presentation of Conquer 100 awards. Help ensure special recognition opportunities and employee benefits are communicated and delivered thoughtfully.
- Support Marketing and Brand Engagement: Collaborate with marketing and events teams to generate engaging content that highlights employee appreciation, workplace culture, company milestones, and team experiences. Capture and coordinate photos, stories, and social media posts that authentically showcase Foguth's people, values, and culture.
- Coordinate Vendors and Event Logistics: Manage communication with events, gifting, swag, and other culture-related vendors. Coordinate timelines, orders, deliveries, materials, and on-site details to ensure events and employee experiences are organized, consistent, and executed successfully.
