Quality Inspector
We are seeking a dependable Quality Inspector to evaluate the condition and cleanliness of apartment units and common areas. This role involves conducting inspections, documenting findings, identifying maintenance or cleaning issues, and ensuring units meet company standards before move-in or after service completion.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Own reliable transportation
- Prior inspection, property management, maintenance, or cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
