- Provide personalized tours of available apartments and discuss features and amenities with prospective residents.
- Process applications, coordinate move-ins, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote the property and enhance the overall resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Interview prospective residents and assess their qualifications and needs.
- Accompany prospects to model/vacant apartments and discuss size and layout of rooms, available amenities, and terms of lease.
- Ensure consistent follow-up with prospects.
- Process application for approval in compliance with policies and procedures.
