Service Technician (1 Position)
Location: Elkhart, IndianaReports to: Service Engineer
About the Role:Fogatti is looking for a skilled Service Technician to maintain and repair our range of appliances, including RV water heaters, RV air conditioners, home water heaters, and water purifiers. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with a technical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality service. The technician will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our growing service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and repair various types of household and RV appliances. Perform standardized repair operations in compliance with company procedures to ensure quality and efficiency. Record service details and assist in process improvements. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Learn and understand key Fogatti product details to support service interactions. Communicate effectively with the broader Fogatti team to report issues or suggest process improvements. Complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of appliance systems and simple fault diagnosis. Good service attitude and communication skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and punctual. Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to grow with the team. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule:Full-time: 40 hours per week.

There is potential for these roles to grow into positions with increased responsibilities, including warehouse supervision or management, based on performance and company needs.
