About the Role:
Fogatti is looking for a skilled Service Technician to maintain and repair our range of appliances, including RV water heaters, RV air conditioners, home water heaters, and water purifiers. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with a technical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality service. The technician will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our growing service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and repair various types of household and RV appliances.
- Perform standardized repair operations in compliance with company procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Record service details and assist in process improvements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Learn and understand key Fogatti product details to support service interactions.
- Communicate effectively with the broader Fogatti team to report issues or suggest process improvements.
- Complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of appliance systems and simple fault diagnosis.
- Good service attitude and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and punctual.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to grow with the team.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule:
Full-time: 40 hours per week.
