- Planning and directing staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
- Conferring with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on type of equipment to purchase
- Resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service
Job Responsibilities As a Manager In Training for F.O.G. Enterprise, you will oversee the work of sales and related workers. You will train, prepare work schedules and assign workers to specific duties. Additional responsibilities include:
- Selling and delivering merchandise
- Working with credit and collections
Job Requirements As an Assistant Manager, you must have exceptional sales skills and experience. You must also be a confident self-starter who is committed to the growth of the company. Additional requirements include:
- Minimum 1-year experience
- Having leadership skills
- Possessing a professional work ethic
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and employees
