5 Years of relevant experience:
· hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience.
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven ability to create and optimize customer journeys using Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio).
· Strong proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and API integrations.
· Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, modeling, identity resolution, and calculated insights
· solid understanding of data-driven marketing, personalization, and segmentation strategies.
· Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset).
