What Success Looks Like
Within six months, you’ll have:
- Implemented multiple systems and processes across revenue and payables
- Diagnosed and solved operational bottlenecks with elegant, scalable solutions
- Built a foundation for financial clarity and growth across the organization
Long-term, you will:
- Own the financial tooling strategy—selecting and integrating ERP, billing, and procurement platforms
- Guide financial decisions across departments, ensuring cash is managed wisely
- Build and lead a team that values both execution and experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Automate vendor payments and billing workflows
- Collaborate with Deployment Ops, Sales, and Rev Ops to streamline month-end close
- Configure ERP and billing integrations
- Lead financial audits end-to-end—from design to implementation
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years in finance, accounting, or operations with end-to-end ownership of financial processes
- Experience in Series A–C startups (50–500 employees), ideally with hardware/inventory complexity
- Proven track record implementing or optimizing financial systems and leading audits
- Background in accounting with strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
- Comfortable assessing new tech platforms and writing systems proposals
- High ownership, ambition, and willingness to tackle tasks big and small
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Kind, collaborative, and committed to building processes that serve employees, customers, and vendors
