Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitor patient health and report changes to physicians or supervisors
- Assist with daily medical needs, wound care, and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans
- Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Provide education and support to individuals and their families
- Drive to various program locations as needed
- Active California LVN license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
