Direct Support Professional (DSP) - 1099 PRN
Location: Virginia Beach, VA 23464
Compensation: $10.90 – $14 per hour, depending on experience
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (No benefits provided)
Schedule: PRN (On-call) – Multiple shifts available:

9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

All shifts on-call PRN
Contract Duration: 16 weeks

Job Description
We are seeking caring, compassionate, and energetic Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
You will assist clients with daily living tasks and help promote independence and quality of life in a respectful, person-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist individuals with daily tasks and routines

Provide personal care support (bathing, grooming, hygiene, etc.)

Transport and accompany individuals to medical appointments and community outings

Administer prescribed medications (if certified)

Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

Offer companionship and emotional support

Promote a safe and respectful living environment
