What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapy Tech Aide position at Focused Physical Therapy?
Focused Physical Therapy is looking for a part-time (~25hrs) with possible progression to full-time Physical Therapy Aide/ Tech and Front Desk admin to complement a mix of M-F hours, 4-5 days a week with our current aides's/front desk staff. We need someone who is able to do some mornings on Mon/Wed, and Afternoons on Tues/Thurs, and Fri is a little more flexible.

Ideal Candidate: Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain friendly and professional relationship with patients. Extremely reliable, works well with others, and can multitask.
Job responsibilities include monitoring and instructing patients' therapeutic exercises (sufficient tactile and verbal cuing), laundry and light cleaning. Adaptability to perform clerical duties when needed (minimally). Clerical duties include collecting copay, scheduling appointments and answering phone calls.
Experience is desired but not required. We will dedicate time to train the individual and ease them into an independent schedule. Applicants that have a focus in science or exercise/working out in gym, or participation with/on sports teams are ideal candidates.
