This role is critical to advancing the Army’s next-generation Electronic Warfare & Cyber (EW&C) capabilities, ensuring the seamless integration of EW sensor data into Fires and mission command systems such as AFATDS and JADOCS (transitioning to AXS and JTIC2S).
The selected candidate will leverage expertise in Electronic Warfare, RF systems, Fires integration, and mission command systems to provide technical leadership in requirements development, system design, integration, and sustainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate Army Capability Manager requirements into system-level and subsystem-level requirements for EW and Fires integration.
- Conduct architecture decomposition, requirements traceability, and interface definition for EW-to-Fires command-and-control systems.
- Provide subject matter expertise on AFATDS and JADOCS (AXS, JTIC2S) and their role in multi-domain Fires operations.
- Support model-based systems engineering (MBSE) activities using tools such as Cameo System Modeler.
- Develop and document system specifications, interface control documents, CONOPS, and use cases for ground-based EW and Fires systems.
- Perform integration, verification, and validation of EW and Fires command-and-control interfaces in lab and operational environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional government and industry teams to enhance TTPs and CONEMPs for EW-to-Fires mission execution.
Key Responsibilities Continued:
- Assist in the transition of emerging systems into Army sustainment, providing technical guidance on software, hardware, and integration requirements.
- Participate in test planning, execution, and system audits, leveraging tools such as EWPMT SDK, GPS simulators, and lab-based test harnesses.
- Represent the program in technical and programmatic exchanges, briefing senior stakeholders on requirements, designs, and performance results.

- Experience with AFATDS and/or JADOCS (AXS, JTIC2S) integration and sustainment.
- Strong background in requirements engineering (definition, decomposition, allocation, traceability).
- Hands-on experience with system architecture (DoDAF), MBSE, and interface specifications.
- Familiarity with Army C4ISR/EW architectures and mission command systems.
- Ability to independently manage priorities and ensure timely completion of technical deliverables.
- Active TS/SCI clearance (CI polygraph preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
