Management Trainee – Retail Sales

About the Role:
Focused Development Group is hiring for a Management Trainee to join our retail sales team in San Jose. This is a hands-on position where you’ll begin by working directly in sales before growing into a leadership role.
You’ll interact with customers face-to-face, represent our clients in-store, and learn how to train and support other sales representatives. The role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in both sales and team development, with clear paths to management.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a retail setting to explain product options and services
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals
- Learn and apply basic leadership and coaching techniques
- Support day-to-day sales operations
- Assist in training new team members as you progress
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Full-time availability preferred
- Comfort with face-to-face communication
- Interest in pursuing growth within sales and management
