What You'll Do

As an OT, you'll provide skilled occupational therapy services designed to help residents improve their independence, safety, functional abilities, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating residents and identifying functional needs
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Addressing ADLs, IADLs, mobility, and functional independence
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Recommending adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies
• Educating residents, families, and caregivers
• Collaborating with nursing, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Completing timely and accurate documentation
• Participating in care planning and team meetings

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• In good standing with applicable licensing boards and regulatory agencies
• LTC/SNF, geriatric, or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Net Health experience is a plus
• Passion for helping residents maintain independence and quality of life
