Focused Care at Fort Stockton is looking for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our in-house therapy team!

What You'll Do

As a COTA, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services and help residents improve their independence, mobility, daily living skills, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing individualized therapeutic interventions
• Assisting residents with ADLs and functional activities
• Educating residents, families, and caregivers
• Completing timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas COTA license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• LTC/SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for helping residents reach their highest level of independence
