Warehouse Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including inventory stocking, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, familiarity with warehouse management systems, and the ability to operate various equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to seamless warehouse distribution processes within a fast-paced e-commerce setting.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse
• Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to ensure accurate stock levels and order processing
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, utilizing order pickers and RF scanners for efficient order fulfillment
• Stock incoming merchandise accurately and organize storage areas to optimize space utilization and accessibility
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
• Support inventory control through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation using basic math skills
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols and company policies

Experience

• Prior experience working in a warehouse distribution or e-commerce environment is highly preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or similar platforms
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and inventory management techniques
• Familiarity with basic math for inventory counts and order calculations
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
