Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble product components on the assembly line according to specifications and quality standards
Qualifications & Skills:
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Familiarity with assembly line procedures and techniques
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Forklift experience is a plus (not required—training provided)
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving production needs
Additional Duties:
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Fabricate and modify parts as needed to meet design requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets
- Perform routine inspections of tools, machinery, and equipment
- Assist with material handling and forklift operation as needed (training available)
