Duties Include:
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage areas
- Regularly checking forklift equipment for faults or damages
- Using industrial plastic wraps and wooden pallets to safely stack and package goods for transport
- Keeping up to date on health and safety requirements and forklift operating procedures
Requirements Include:
- Previous experience as a Forklift Operator in a distribution center or warehouse environment (Preferred)
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (Preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge related to forklift operation and maintenance (Preferred)
