Responsibilities
- Check in and discharge patients, answer phone, schedule appointments online, manage email communication
- Assist veterinarians and staff with preparing equipment, maintaining aseptic techniques, maintain a clean environment, compassionate patient care, patient surgical recovery.
- Able to work Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8am to 6pm. Opportunity for additional call-in surgeries at $50 an hour.
- Able and willing to provide negative drug test and background check.
Skills
- Understanding of basic veterinary terminology, animal anatomy, and physiology to support clinical tasks effectively.
- Professional and proficient oral and written communication skills required.
- Ability to carry 50# with ease and to clean all areas of the clinic.
- Ability to communicate with staff members with a team, goal orientated approach
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
